Care: built for heavy rotation

If you’re training three or more times a week, this will be in the wash a lot. Pure cotton needs a little more care than a blend to keep its size and print:

1. Turn it inside out and wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle.
2. Wash it with similar colours, not with your gi or rashguards. Velcro and rough fabrics cause pilling.
3. Line dry where you can. If you use the dryer, keep it on low, because 100% cotton is the most likely to shrink.
4. Don’t bleach or dry clean. Iron on low heat, avoiding the print.
